We all love Italian. There is so much diversity in lifestyles & culture. This in turn comes across in the food of Italy, strong & rich in the North to subtle and soft in the South.
Keith's Simple Italian course will inspire you to take on freah pasta,
make amazing anti-pasta, prepare and suff the perfect Sea Bass. Also you
will tackle char-grilling the Italian way, with plenty of smoke and fire.
Example
dishes include irresitable grilled chicken with chilli salsa, fresh herbs & Almalfi
lemon. Then for those with a love of Italian desserts "what about fantastic
desserts like Mont Bianco made with pureed chestnuts and sweet meringue & Tuscan
chocolate hazelnut cake" Sounds Great!!!
Here at Smashing Pans we offer relaxed and informal cookery classes, where
people are incouraged to dive in and get involved in the food from the
start.
This is most apparent with the Italian course, with the making of fresh
pasta, and the vigourous stirring of risotto, we love this course and I’m
sure you will to!
