Learn to prepare and cook four different types of fish and seafood using the freshest produce sourced from a fishmonger the same day!

Fish & Seafood course - The day

The day kicks off at a unqiue fishmongers in greenwich. You will learn how to identifiy all the amazing types of british coastal fish and seafood. Fish catches vary throughout the year but often includes squid, fresh cornish crab, razor clams, gurnard, mackeral and sea bass.

A quick trip back to Smashing Pans, and its time to get stuck in, starting with essential fish preparation skills including gutting, filleting and skinning. Then your ready for business, cooking up your fish.

Once all the hard work is out of the way, it's time to stop for lunch with a glass or two, and eat what you have just prepared. Any food left is your to take home and impress your loved ones.

This course is packed with fantastic tips and advice from Keith, cook along with him as he guides you through the do's & don'ts of fish cookery.
