Learn how to prepare three types of classic marinades from scratch using fresh and unusual ingrediants. You will never buy a bottled BBQ marinade again. From Italian to Southern Home Style, Moroccan to Japanese your taste buds will be tingling with new found flavours.

Grilled to perfection

Keith will show you how to prepare and cook Fish, Meat and Vegetables so that they remain juicy inside and BBQ'd to perfection on the outside. You will also pick up tips on how to BBQ larger joints of meat and whole fish.

Get stuck in making home made 'restaurant style' burgers, herb infused free-range Chicken drumsticks and classic King Prawn skewers.

As the embers die, it's time to relax with a glass or two of red or white wine and eatthe food straight from the grill. Any food left is yours to take home.
